Wolf Brigade Gym established its first location in 2008, and has grown and
expanded each year since.
Hybridizing century-old strength & conditioning tools such as kettlebells,
barbells, maces, and hammers with progressive program design, brutally
effective bodyweight motions, and the highest level instruction available,
WB has developed a strong reputation and an even stronger group of athletes
under its banner.
Developing physical skills and mental preparedness in athletes from all
walks of life is a specialty of the gym and its owner/ head trainer Greg
Walsh.
As of late, the "Wolf Brigade" brand of fitness has spread beyond its
physical location and become the name given to a specific style of physical
training, a mental approach to dealing with life's challenges and hurdles,
and a shift in lifestyle geared towards simplicity, strength, and health.
Effort, intensity, attention, & humility are expected of all that train in
our program.

On Saturday, May 14 from 9-11am, the DFC will be hosting a 'WB x DFC' clinic geared to safely introduce and familiarize you with our wide variety of effective, functional movements,
teach how to safely integrate the concepts into your training, and address
factors such as diet, recovery, and mobility that will allow you to reach
any physical goal your mind is set on seeing through.
After attending and participating, you may decide that a WB x DFC membership is right for you, you'll get:

The WBxDFC program is well suited for strong-minded individuals of any level,
any age.

Greg Walsh is a full-time trainer, holding both private and group
fitness classes for any level of strong-minded athlete 6 days a week. He
also offers private training in Muay Thai kickboxing, grappling, and
self-defense. In addition, Wolf Brigade provides and has provided
specialized group training for LEO, military, and fire personnel.
Greg holds certifications in CrossFit, kettlebell lifting, Muay
Thai kickboxing, & Submission Wrestling, and has trained with some of
the best in the world in each discipline. Much more relevant than the paper
certifications, however, is his experience as an athlete and trainer. He has
immersed himself for nearly a decade in the disciplines he now teaches, and
has relied on quality of instruction not quantity of decoration to build a
strong clientèle.
Brought up in a “learn-before-you-do” manner, he had written
programs, scaled motions, and been made to teach each discipline to the
widest and most challenging demographics possible before ever being called
a ”trainer.”
Greg has a unique ability to convey concepts, refine conventional teaching
strategies, and develop motions and tools that accommodate and elicit
progress from any level athlete; along with a specific focus on the mental
as well as the physical, such things have allowed Wolf Brigade to set itself
apart from any other gym in the region.
