Hours of Operation 

Monday - Friday  
5:30am - 10:00pm
Saturday - Sunday
8:30am - 5:00pm

The Downtown Fitness Club is closed on Easter Sunday, Fourth of July and Christmas Day.  We are open all other holidays.  New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve have adjusted hours.  Consult the Information Center on the Home Page for specific hours. 

The pool is open for lap swimming all the hours of the club, but closes 10 minutes prior to the club closing.

Being a member at The Downtown Fitness Club provides you so much more than just a great workout. An excellent massage therapy program, award-winning tanning beds and highly qualified, experienced, certified personal trainers are just some of the other services offered at the DFC.
