Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp II recap...
the Final Weigh-in:
How's all the McDonald's and Fritos tasting?  Here's what Megan Carter did
today...
http://98pxy.com/pages/1988318.php?itmBlogDomainUrl=http://mcarter-wpxy.itmblog.com/2008/07/15/bootcamp-is-hova/
Just a day or two and then you can go back to eating healthy...ok?
There are still several of you who need to join my club and keep this thing going...you know what the offer is and who you are...'nuff said.
Wrap-up-
First the average joes...
'T-squared' - the husband/wife team of Tony & Terri Boncaro have captured the title!  Tony lost 29 1/2 pounds and Terri lost 29 1/4 for an incredible 11.822% total loss.  Great job guys!
'Thin is IN!' came in second with a stellar 9.92% loss and it should be mentioned that Kyra Mancine weighed out at 139...unbelievable considering that 2 1/2 years ago, she tipped the scales at 269!  Her teammate, Scott Costantino, immensely helped the cause.  Awesome!
'Team Fat Boy' finished in third with a 7.824% loss, led by Steven Inkin's 29 pound weight loss.
'Fat Chance' finished in fourth at 7.143%
'Mom's in Motion' in fifth at 6.109%
'3 Guys, No Babe' in sixth at 5.398%
'Southside Scamps' in seventh at 5.38%
'X-Team' in eighth at 5.29%
and 'the Scale Tickets' in ninth at 4.628%
Average Joe competitors losing at least 10 pounds were...
Tony Boncaro-T squared-29.5
Terri Boncaro-T squared-29.25
Steven Inkin-Team Fat Boy-29
Bill LaClair-X Team-21.5
Brian Patterson-3 guys, no babe-19.5
Brent Warren-Team Fat Boy-19
Brian Burley-Team Fat Boy-18.5
Kyra Mancine-Thin is IN!-16.5
Jennifer Hermenet-Fat Chance-15.25
Jennifer Kowal-the Scale Tickets-15.25
Angel Ramos-Southside Scamps-15
Kim Thompson-Mom's in Motion-15
Scott Costantino-Thin is IN!-14.5
Heather White-Mom's in Motion-13
John Wilson-3 Guys, no babe-11
Michael O'Leary-Temple Bar-11
Susan Schmitz-Mom's in Motion-10
In the final analysis...17 of the 45 average joe competitors lost 10 or more pounds, or more than a third of those who started.  All together the 'joes' lost 412 pounds in just 5 weeks and 9 of the 16 teams all completed the weigh-ins.  Not to mention the pant sizes lost, muscles defined, energy
increase and confidence gained!  A huge success!  Give yourselves a round of applause!
For their winning (or losing, as the case may be)efforts, on Saturday, July 26th, Tony and Terri will picked up by a LeGault Limousine to be taken to the DelMonte Spa in Pittsford for a bunch of facial, mani/pedi, etc. treatments, then off to Artistic Designs on Park Avenue for some hairdo's (I know Tony is getting excited right now) then it's lunch on Park at
Magnolia's Deli & Cafe.  After some freetime with the car for the remainder of the afternoon, it's the final stop of the evening for dinner & drinks at One Nightclub & Restaurant.  In addition Tony & Terri will receive certificates to Waterloo Premium Outlets to get some clothes that fit after
losing 30 lbs apiece!
EVERYONE is invited to join us that Saturday at One Nightclub & Restaurant to regale each other with tales of "what I ate" and "I worked out so much
that I..." into the wee hours of the morning...then probably followed by a big group visit to the street meat cart for a dazzling array of fat laden meats and white bread!  It'll be epic!
OK...now the celebrities...
This one came down to the wire as expected.
the RNews '9ers' with Jim Aroune, Diana Palotas, Dan Eaton and Leah George held off the hard-charging News10NBC '10-acious II' team of Nikki Rudd, Berkeley Brean, Josh Nichols & Rich Caniglia at the wire to win in a photo finish for the ages.  When the dust settled only 1.6 pounds separated the two combatants in this hotly contested tilt.  Is it possible that Dan Eaton saved his 'secret recipe' for weight loss until the last week when he dropped an additional 4 pounds to seal victory for the '9ers'?  Difficult to say, but the RNews '9ers' are your celebrity champs!
The Gannett 'Girth Busters' of Enid Arbelo, Troy Smith and Susan Ashline finished strong as well, in third place, only 4.3 pounds out of the victory circle!
the WCMF 'Breakroom Blubbies' could not capitalize on Rich "Lumpy" Flaherty's second-best celebrity weight loss of 13.75 pounds to snatch the title, but again, the team, which included Bill Moran and "Christian Dan" Borrello, kept it interesting up to the final weigh-in, only falling 6.5
pounds short themselves.
PXY's squad of Mike Danger, Moose, Amanda Valentine and Megan Carter finished respectably in fifth, followed by Irondequoit Suzuki's Vinny Pellegrino in sixth.
Honorary Captain, Barry Beck has already been reprimanded for his lack of leadership & oversight on the Breakfast Buzz team from 98.9 of Pat the Producer, Kimberly, Steve Hausmann and Billy Kidd (on loan from WBEE), causing the team to languish in last place, although Kimberly would like it
pointed out that she has CANCER or otherwise she would have really kicked some ass!
Celebrity contestants in the 'double-digit' weight loss club were...
Rich Caniglia-10-acious II-16
Lumpy-Breakroom Blubbies-13.75
Troy Smith-Girth Busters-13
Nikki Rudd-10-acious II-11
Jim Aroune-9ers-10.75
knocking on the door were...
Dan Borrello-Breakroom Blubbies-9.25
Dan Eaton-9ers-9
Leah George-9ers-8.25
The 23 celebrities lost 138 pounds all tolled and the winning '9ers' will be donating $1100 to the Stepping Stones Learning Center.
Everyone did a spectacular job.  Weight loss is not the only or even the truest measure of fitness, but the one we could measure the easiest.  You all bought in to the contest and made your goal to lose as much weight as possible.
I commend you for your efforts.
You are truly 'soldiers' of health and fitness.  Continue to eat well and exercise regularly and even though I really like you guys...I hope to not see you back for Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp next year...you'll be too fit for that!
Eye of the Tiger!___________________________________
Week four:
Did you drink your water today?
Tomorrow (thursday) drink another GALLON of water.
No more, no less.  Also, start reducing your sodium intake.  Cut it in half from your usual amount.
Lastly, start reducing the amount of carbs you are eating by 10%.  We are going to maximize (or should I say minimize) your results for Monday!
In the celebrity division...
In first place...
It's the...
WCMF Breakroom Blubbies with a 3.553% weight loss to date
They just sneaked past RNews' 9r's who checked in with a 3.548% loss.  That means these two teams are literally separated by only OUNCES!
In third, Team 10-acious II at 3.018%, fourth is Gannett Girth Busters at 2.729%, the Breakfast BUZZ is fifth at 1.517%, Vinny from Irondequoit Suzuki is 6th at 1.288% and PXY is trying to get out of the basement at 1.023%.
Joining Jim Aroune and Rich Caniglia in the Double Digit weight loss category were Rich "Lumpy" Flaherty and Troy Smith, both hitting the 11 pound weight loss mark this week!
In the 'average Joe' division...
the new leaders are...
T squared!
TT are now at 8.61% and 1 3/4 pounds ahead of Thin Is In!, now at 8.08%.
Still within striking distance at 6.994% are Fat Chance solidly in third.
Next, in fourth is Team Fat Boy at 6.029%
Incredibly, every team member of the top 4 average joe teams have each lost AT LEAST 10 pounds, with Tony & Terri Boncaro of T squared and Steven Inkin
of Team Fat Boy having lost over 20 POUNDS EACH!!
Rounding out the teams are...
5.  Moms in Motion at 4.984%
6.  Southside Scamps at 4.824%
7.  3 Guys, No Babe at 4.656%
8.  The Scale Tickets at 3.822%
9.  X-Team at 3.713%
10. Strive for 5 at 2.612%
11. Kim's Team(uh-oh oreo) at .745%
The rest of the teams (5 others) have apparently given up...no weigh-ins were recorded.
So, all tolled, 45 average Joes signed up, and 15 of them have lost at least 10 pounds, a .333 batting average!
The celebrities are 4 out of 24 or .167...and may be sent to the minors to get their act together!
In total, 445 pounds have been lost in just 4 weeks!
Let's make a push and if everyone averages just ONE more pound of weight loss this week...we'll top 500 pounds easily.
Do it for the group, do it for your team and do it for yourself.  You'll never regret the effort that you put into these next 5 days...and regardless of the outcome, you're all winners because you're lighter, healthier, have more energy and are better all around just for being in it.
Eye of the Tiger!___________________________________
Week three:
Guess what?
24 celebrities and 45 average joes have collectively lost nearly 400 pounds (395.75) already in Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp in just 3 weeks!
You guys are doing great!
There was a shake up of the top teams in both divisions this week and the race is tightening up going into the last two weeks.  It's exciting to see who is going to keep it all together for the next 13 days.
As many of you know, I'm training for the Rochester Marathon coming up September 14th.  My training includes a distance run every Sunday, and will for the next two and a half months.  I discovered on a 14 mile run this past Sunday that the best way to approach a 'long run' is to do what I call "staying in the moment."  Don't let your mind drift to thoughts of how much longer you have to go.  Instead, focus on things you can control right now.
In running it may be my right foot, picking it up and putting it down.  With weight loss, it could be your next meal; planning a healthy turkey sandwich on 100% whole wheat bread with fresh spinach and spicy mustard.  Or your next workout; say Step Circuit tonight at 6:30am.
If you constantly think about what you're giving up or what you're missing by eating right and exercising, you may eventually convince yourself that it's just not worth it...and it is, it REALLY IS!
OK, that's the last reminder of how far you have left to go.
STAY IN THE MOMENT!!

Week two:
After the week two weigh-ins were done and calculated, here are your
leaders....
Celebrity Division
1. 9Rers                                     2.735%
2. WCMF Breakroom Blubbies       2.683%
3. Gannett Girth Busters              1.685%

As you can see only 5/100ths of a point separates the 9R's and the Breakroom Blubbies.  Is Leah George going to ban all simple carbs for the RNews team this week as they attempt to hold off the charging blubbies or will the boys from CMF swear off alcohol all together as they look to establish their dominance in this oh so serious game of weight loss.  Or...will a darkhorse emerge over the next three weeks and overtake them both?  Stay tuned, we'll have breaking news as it develops...
Individual leaders at the 2 week point (by percentage of weight lost) are -
1. Jim Aroune  4.642%
2. Nikki Rudd  4.101%
3. Megan Carter 3.503%
4. Lumpy 3.428%
5. Christian Dan 3.299%
6. Susan Ashline 3.252%
In the "Average Joe" division, the top two teams remained firmly in position, but there was quite a bit of movement in the 3-10 positions.  Led by the Southside Scamps four position leap from 10 to 6th place and now only 12 pounds out of first place, 4 teams improved their standing, including
Take No Prisoners, who entered the top ten!
Here are the standings...
1.  Fat Chance                 6.027%
2.  Thin is In!                    5.120%
3.  T squared                    4.884%
4.  Moms in Motion          4.180%
5.  Team Fat Boy             4.088%

8.  X-team                       3.052%
9.  the Scale Tickets         2.910%
10. Take No Prisoners     1.066%
The remaining 6 teams may have better results, but one or more of their team members did not weigh-in so we couldn't accurately calculate their positions.
Seven competitors have already entered the "double digit" club, having lost at least 10 pounds.
1.  Steven Inkin  16.5 pounds
2.  Anthony Boncaro 12.75 pounds
3.  Bill LaClair  12 pounds
4.  Terri Boncaro   11.5 pounds
5.  Brian Burley   11 pounds
6.  Jennifer Hermenet  10.5 pounds
7.  Susan Schmitz  10 pounds
I've listed the leaders, but all of you are doing a great job.  You are way more 'compliant' than the competitors of Celebrity Boot Camp I and I am expecting some great results in the final three weeks!
Stay tuned for some "underground boot camp" workout opportunities that we are working on for Wednesday, later today...and remember...

Week one:
The results of the week 1 weigh-ins have been tabulated and it appears
that we have ourselves a CONTEST!
Eleven competitors lost 7 pounds or more (one pound/day), led by Steven Inkin of Team Fat Boy with an incredible 13 pound loss!  Brian Patterson of 3 guys/No Babe lost 9.5 and the DFC's own Bill LaClair of the X-Team lost 8.  Sister team, Jennifer (DFC member) and Jackie Hermenet each lost 7 1/2 pounds to vault Fat Chance to the early lead in the contest, but there's a lot of time left and just to put it in perspective...
Tenth place team, the Southside Scamps are only collectively 18 pounds out of first place!
There is a lot of time to make up (or lose) ground...so let's all keep working hard and EATING right.
I honestly think that when it comes down to it...weekend workouts are going to play a huge role in determining the winner of Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp II
...who's willing to sacrifice a picnic or two and come to the gym on a beautiful Saturday or Sunday for an hour or so to capture the prize?

The First Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp recap...
minnies and sofia 3.JPG

the Final Weigh-in:
On Monday, March 10th, the final weigh-ins were conducted at the Downtown Fitness Club's Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp.
It was a culmination of 6 weeks of herculean workouts, disciplined eating and drinking, as well as overcoming all sorts of obstacles along the way.
When all was said and done, 41 of the 120 contestants had lost at least 10 pounds from their starting weights, and five competitors lost at least 20 pounds!  For the men, Eddie Avies led the way with a 38 pound weight loss.  On the women's side, Camille Sackett lost 26 1/4.
In the team event, Sackett led her team, the Skinny Minnies to victory over the Avies led Two Guys and a Babe.  The margin of victory was pretty convincing, 13.305% to 11.111%, as Sackett teamed with Ellen Pouthier (15 lbs.), Rebecca Kowal (16 3/4 lbs.) and Anne Wilmarth (19lbs.) to defeat
Avies, John Wilson (26 lbs.) and Sylvia Lee (17 lbs.).  The top ten was rounded out by the Little Losers (7.014%), the 4 Q's (6.955%), Uh-Oh Oreos (6.069%), Hot Tamales (4.855%), O'Bagelo's (4.808%), Groovy Goddesses (4.457%), the Booty Beauties (4.167%) and Charlie's Angels (4.018%).  The
four women of the Skinny Minnies will be enjoying their "champion's day" on Saturday, April 19th.  They will be chauffered to Artistic Designs Hair Salon where they will receive new hair styles from Award-winning stylists
Brian Angold and Jodi Beutel.  After a healthy lunch at Magnolia's Deli and Cafe on Park Avenue, they will be taken to the DelMonte Spa in Pittsford for a variety of spa treatments.  Rejuvenated, they will head back over to East
Avenue for Dinner and drinks at One Restaurant and Nightclub.  In addition the Minnies will be receiving gift certificates to Waterloo Premium Outlets and $500 cash compliments of the Downtown Fitness Club!  All contestants are invited to join in the celebration at One that night, ought to be a fun evening!
In the celebrity division, the final outcome was a lot closer than the Sofia Brothers would have liked it, but when the dust settled, The Buzz "lite" team of Kimberly and Beck, along with Pat the Producer from the Breakfast Buzz on 98.9, as well as Billy the Kidd from 92.5 WBEE (all four lost at least 10 pounds), fell just 4 pounds short of catching the Car Show (Sundays on 10NBC at 11:30am) hosts.  The Sofia's will be donating their $2000 for winning to Camp Good Days and Special Times in an episode to be filmed at the Downtown Fitness Club this coming Friday at 8:30am. Tony and Steve Sofia each lost 15 1/2 pounds, but the top 'loser' in the celebrity division was Barry Beck who dropped 17 pounds!  Team 10-acious from News 10NBC; Nikki Rudd (11 lbs.), Lila Carney, Catherine Varnum and Berkeley Brean made a late
push to catch Mike Danger, Amanda Valentine and Moose from 98PXY and finish in third place.  Brean stayed true to his teammates and exercised and ate fairly well, even while on vacation in Scottsdale, Arizona for the last week
of the contest...now that's dedication!  The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra Divas finished behind PXY for fifth and last place was occupied by the Raiderrettes, dance and cheer team for the Rochester Raiders Football team, who wanted it pointed out that they were fabulous before this contest
started and, despite their standing, were fabulous still!
Six weeks is not a lot of time, but it was long enough for contestants who
battled through circumstances that ranged from alcoholism to open heart surgery (not exercise related!), job loss to new houses, ravaging flu viruses to aches and pains typical of new exercise programs.  It was a microcosm of life, where it seems as soon as you make a commitment to improve your health and fitness...your circumstances change and make it
difficult to stay the course.  But, as challenging as it was, these competitors pushed through and accomplished some great goals.  Many of them are going on to a 5 week, "phase two" of the contest where body composition will be measured and winners will be the ones who are able to reduce their
bodyfat percentage the greatest.
Not only will the "average joes" be continuing on in their quest for their optimal physique, may of the "celebrities" will be continuing on as well.
Twenty-one of the contestants were already members of the Downtown Fitness Club at the outset of Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp and by the end of the contest, twenty-one more of the 99 other had enrolled in the club.   "That was the most gratifying part of this contest for me," said John Hutchings,
owner of the Downtown Fitness Club and creator of Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp, "to see so many of these people decide to continue to pursue their health and fitness goals with us; it's really humbling."
If you'd like to continue to follow their fitness odyssey, just go to

Week 5 update:
Can the Skinny Minnies hold on to their top spot for one more week?
Two Guys and a Babe made a big push this week and narrowed the gap, making
things a little interesting as the competitors began their last 7 days of
Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp.  The four women of the Skinny Minnies;
Camille Sackett, Anne Wilmarth, Ellen Pouthier and Rebecca Kowal continued
their journey down the scale this week with a combined 7 pound weight loss,
for a five week total of 60 1/2 pounds or a 10.454% reduction in bodyweight.
The Two Guys and a Babe team made up of John Wilson, Eddie Avies and Sylvia
Lee countered with a 10 pound loss, bringing their total to 64 pounds or
8.779%.  If the Two Guys lose just 12 1/2 pounds more than the Minnies this
week, the title is theirs!  Keep in mind that this Two guys team is no
stranger to big numbers, having posted a 23 3/4 pound loss in week one.
It's coming down to the wire and it's looking like it may be a photo finish
come Monday!
The Sofia Brothers have all but wrapped up the celebrity division and will
be donating their $2000 to Camp Good Days and Special Times on an episode of
the Sofia Brothers Car Show in the near future, tune in Sundays at 11:30am
on channel 10NBC.  The only team with a statistical chance of catching Tony
and Steve are the Buzz "lites", with Kimberly & Beck along with Pat the
Engineer from 98.9's Breakfast Buzz (with WBEE's Billy the Kidd on loan),
but they are 34 pounds behind with only a week to go.
All tolled, the 120 contestants, with instruction and motivation from the
training staff at the Downtown Fitness Club, have lost over 711 pounds in
just 5 weeks!  Twenty-nine or a full 25% of the participants have lost at
least 10 pounds and the following people have lost twenty or more...Toom
Homsombath-20 3/4 pounds; Kyra Mancine-20 3/4 pounds; John Wilson-21 1/2
pounds; Camille Sackett-22 pounds and Eddie Avies still leads the way with
an incredible 32 1/2 pound weight loss!  Avies said he just made a decision
to be more active at his job with Waste Management and has cut out late
night eating.  Along with a moderate exercise program at the Downtown
Fitness Club, Eddie has gone from his initial weight of 257 down to 224 1/2
at yesterdays weigh-in.
It's all on the line next week as the teams have until 10pm on Monday, March
10th to weigh-in for the final time.  It's been an incredible journey, be
sure to follow the teams to the finish line to see who pulls out a victory
in Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp.
___________________________________________________________

Week 4 update:
Would you believe that four women who averaged just 144 pounds apiece would
be leading the weight loss competition that is Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp
after 4 weeks?  Well the Skinny Minnies are doing just that, having lost
another 9 3/4 pounds this week to put a stranglehold on the competition at
the Downtown Fitness Club's contest.  That brings their total team weight
loss to an amazing 53 1/2 pounds!
Led by Eddie Avies 27 pound loss, the Two Guys and a Babe are in second and
holding on to a glimmer of hope that they can overtake the Minnies in the
remaining two weeks to steal away the title.  But the margin is wide and
time running out.  The top five was rounded out by The Four Q's, Uh-Oh Oreos
and Tri-Bods.
Every workout matters and every calorie counts as the teams come down the
backstretch in the Celebrity Division as well.  The Sofia Brothers, Tony and
Steve continue to lead the division, but the Buzz Lites from 98.9's
Breakfast Buzz show no signs of quitting, as Pat the Engineer has signed on
to a pact, pledging to abstain from alcohol for the remainder of the
contest.  98PXY remains in third place, as Moose returned to weigh in after
two weeks of battling the flu to lead the squad with an 10 pound loss.  Not
to be outdone, Team 10-acious, led by Nikki Rudd, are mere percentage points
behind in fourth.  Rudd began two-a-days today to make a final push to the
finish line.
The "never say die" award has to go to the RPO Divas who climbed out of last
place for the first time this week!  The Divas have maintained their
rigorous workouts, despite being frustrated week after week by the results
on the scale.  Their persistence paid off this week as they leapfrogged over
the Raiderrettes dropping the cheer and dance squad from the Rochester
Raiders Football team into last place.
Next week, find out how many pounds have been lost in total by the
contestants of Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp.

Week 3 update:
Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp participants reached the halfway point in
their 6 week quest to lose the greatest percentage of bodyweight this
Monday.
The Skinny Minnies continue to dominate the competition as they have lost
over 43 pounds between the four of them in just three weeks!  These women
are relentless in their pursuit of the title; showing up at every
information seminar, regularly attending several group exercise classes per
week and picking the trainers' brain for information at every opportunity.
It will take a herculean effort to overtake them. The team that is currently
rising up to that challenge is the celebrity team of Tony and Steve Sofia
from the Sofia Brothers Car Show (Sundays on channel 10 NBC at 11:30am).
The Sofia's have lost over 27 pounds between the two of them and are only 8
pounds behind the Skinny Minnies with three weeks left to go.  Considering
Steve was out sick last week with the flu and now seems to be hitting his
stride, it will probably go down to the wire, with both teams carefully
plotting their strategy the rest of the way with the training staff at the
Downtown Fitness Club.
Several Average Joe teams also are looming just off the radar and may make a
late run at the championship.  The Four Q's moved back into second place
with a strong showing at this week's weigh-in.  The Little Losers, a team of
three from the Little Theatre, are solidly in third place, Uh-Oh Oreo leaped
10 spots into fourth and the Groovy Goddesses made a nine position jump to
round out the top five.  All four teams have legitimate title aspirations.
The remaining celebrity teams are all starting to go in the right direction
with this week being the first that all six celebrity teams have
collectively weighed in at less than their starting weight.  The Buzz Lites
from 98.9's Breakfast Buzz with Kimberly and Beck continue to distance
themselves from the rest of their celebrity counterparts, trailing only the
Sofia Brothers, led by Barry Beck who has lost 7 3/4 pounds.  In order of
standing, here are your celebrity teams...98 PXY, Team 10-acious (News
10NBC), the Raiderrettes (dance & cheer team fro the Rochester Raiders) and
the RPO Divas (Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra).  The order remains
unchanged from last week, but there has been some movement and expect to see
a shake-up next week.
Fatigue is running high as all of these teams enter the stretch run to the
finish line.  Many of the competitors are working out harder than they have
ever done before and their bodies are tired and sore.  The teams that work
smart the rest of the way will eventually prevail, as optimal fitness
requires not only adequate intensity of effort, but the proper management of
one's diet along with the judicious use of an occasional rest day.

Celebrity Boot Camp

the Rochester Celebrity Boot Camp Weight Loss Challenge

was completed March 2, 2009.

Here's the results!

Team weight loss is not for the faint of heart.

Six weeks doesn't seem like a long time and at the same time, it can feel like an eternity.

Like the saying goes, a chain is as strong as it's weakest link.  Some of you had teammates who deserted the cause when the first shot was fired!

Understand that some people when faced with the prospect of defeat would will rationalize quitting is the better choice.  Never agree with those people...go down in flames before surrendering!

Every person who saw it through and weighed out today is a winner.  Even if you gained weight, you stood up and took it like a man (or woman).  I'm proud of you and you should be proud of yourself.

The reality is this - if you didn't eat and train well, you were probably disappointed.  If you did the right things, you probably were pleased with the final result.

But falling short doesn't make you a failure...remember, failure is an EVENT, not a PERSON.

Either way - evaluate, diagnose, re-set your goal, stiffen your resolve, learn from it and get better.  Even if you were one of the 'quitters' - that doesn't mean you can't be successful - just never quit again!

OK.

Now for the moment you've been waiting for...the results from today's final weigh in!

This was, by far, the most exciting Celebrity Boot Camp ever!  Drama, close race with weekly lead changes, record setting performances AND changed

lives...Doesn't get better than that!

First the individual percentages.  Every great team is made up of great indivdual performances.  But also, sometimes the team that struggles has some superstars that deserve special recognition as well.  I'll list everyone in the double digit club (let by some record breaking performances!) followed by everyone who weighed out's final percentage lost

(if you gained, I'll spare you).

Then...

The team results!
